Often, yes, especially if it's close to a boundary or over a certain size. We'll check your site and tell you exactly what's needed, then handle the plans, engineering, certifier lodgement and final inspection for you. If you need a boundary relaxation, we'll tell you up front.
Smaller jobs start from around $15,000, our typical job is around $30,000, and larger combined or gable projects are usually $80,000–$100,000. Your free estimate gives you a ballpark for your home.

No. Every job is designed, approved and built by us, start to finish. That's how we can stand behind it with a 10-year workmanship guarantee.
If you'll spend time under it, usually yes. Insulated panels keep the space noticeably cooler in summer and quieter in the rain, and give you a clean ceiling for lights and fans. We also build with V-Line, Corrugated and Trimdek roofing.
